Responsibilities

·     了解賣方的生意資料及優(yōu)點(diǎn)及缺點(diǎn), 包括資產(chǎn), 詳細(xì)的營(yíng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)等資料

·     把有關(guān)資料有系統(tǒng), 詳細(xì), 容易閱讀私方式以文字方式展示在我司的網(wǎng)頁(yè)上

·     能吸引地表達(dá)這些生意資料給準(zhǔn)買家

·     具有良好的解答給準(zhǔn)買家的疑問(wèn)

·     有需要時(shí), 要做公開演講把有關(guān)資料表達(dá)給有興趣的準(zhǔn)買家了解

·     需要有耐性地、有效率地跟進(jìn)準(zhǔn)買家及賣家

·     需要有優(yōu)良的促成交易技巧

·     有時(shí)候需要在假日或非一般的工作時(shí)間工作

Job Requirements

·         with execution is a must 必須有良好的執(zhí)行力 

·         with excellent sales experience 具備優(yōu)秀良好的銷售能力

·         with good presentation skill 具備良好的表達(dá)能力

·         patient in following clients 跟進(jìn)客戶需要有耐性

·         with good time management 有良好的時(shí)間管理 

·         with good customer follow-up experience 具備良好的客戶跟進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

·         with excellent experience in basic computer operation 精通於基本的電腦操作

·         with public speech is an advantage 具有演講經(jīng)驗(yàn)的會(huì)優(yōu)先考慮

·         with accounting or finance knowledge is an advantage 具有會(huì)計(jì)知識(shí)的會(huì)優(yōu)先考慮
